This detached property was vastly extended and renovated to give it a contemporary look and feel, where the staircase climbs up through the front gable in a triple-height vaulted space with roof lights pouring natural daylight into the house.

This Listed Cottage had an adjacent outbuilding that had apparently served as the village post office in its history. We obtained approval to link the outbuilding to the main cottage and extend it into the rear garden to form a bedroom suite with a mezzanine floor, a new master bedroom suite and a large family

Our proposal demolished the detached garage and single-storey dining room at the rear of the property and built a two-storey extension to the rear. The extensions aimed to harmonise the overall design of the house using materials more in keeping with the original property and its setting within the conservation area, using painted featheredge boarding,

This detached home on Hutton Mount was in need of updating. This extension project saw additions to the front, side, and rear. Meanwhile, landscaping and a garden room feature in the back garden.
