This Listed Cottage had an adjacent outbuilding that had apparently served as the village post office in its history. We obtained approval to link the outbuilding to the main cottage and extend it into the rear garden to form a bedroom suite with a mezzanine floor, a new master bedroom suite and a large family room. From the road the extensions are almost impossible to see and the appearance and scale of the original outbuilding are retained.
