A 1960s bungalow has been remodeled and extended to form a totally refurbished two-bedroom chalet. A curved entrance porch and dormer windows were added at the front. The integral garage was repositioned to the right-hand side of the house to allow the formation of a front sitting room with a new chimney. The back part of the property was opened through to a new oak-framed garden room to create the main living/dining kitchen area.
